FAQ

Quick answers to common questions.

Is it really free?

Yes. There's no paid plan, no credits and no usage limits.

Do I need to log in to anything?

You only need to be logged in to Instagram in Chrome. There's no ADVNTG account.

Why don't photos show view counts?

Instagram only shows view counts for videos and reels. Photos and carousels can be sorted by likes and comments.

Can I sort private accounts?

Only accounts you follow. The extension can only see what you can already see on Instagram.

It says Instagram is rate-limiting. What do I do?

Instagram limits how fast data can be loaded. Wait 10–15 minutes and try again, ideally with a smaller range like the last 30 days.

Does it collect my data?

No. Everything runs in your browser, and only your preferences are saved on your device. Read the privacy policy.

Need help?
